Who is Orca, and what makes us different?
‘ORCA?’
A supportive “pod” for you and your loved one
We chose the name Orca because of how orcas live and work. Their strength comes from collaboration and shared responsibility. That’s exactly how we think about ABA.
At Orca, each child and family is surrounded by a “pod,” a community of support, wrapped in warmth, professionalism, consistency, and care they can rely on, so no one is left carrying this alone.
OUR APPROACH
Our values are only true if you feel them too
These values aren’t meant to be words on a page. They show up in small, thoughtful moments: when a plan needs adjusting, when a parent or caregiver feels overwhelmed, or when progress doesn’t follow a straight line.

The principles that guide how we work with our clients, families, and staff.
Accessible
We’re easy to reach, open to questions, and responsive when concerns arise.
Protective
We advocate for children, families, and staff with care and integrity.
Direct
We communicate clearly and honestly, even when conversations are hard.
Invested
We stay engaged, support growth, and commit for the long term.
Fair
We hold consistent standards and treat everyone with respect.
You’re right, many ABA agencies sound very similar
Here’s what makes Orca different:
We can help with highly complex situations
Many providers shy away from severe behavior or individuals with trauma histories. We don’t. We lean in, calmly, thoughtfully, and with a clear plan. We make sure everyone feels safe, supported, and steady while we strategize what will actually help.
We’re trained to support every age and stage
Young children, teens, and young adults each need a different clinical approach.
Our team is trained to support every age and stage — from early childhood through early adulthood — adapting our methods as your child grows, and working closely with your family along the way.
We understand behavioral and mental health
Orca is led by founding clinical leadership with deep experience in both ABA and mental health systems. That integration allows us to safely and confidently serve individuals with complex dual-diagnosis needs.
